Foundation: is intended to democratically induce and control a World Federal System of Government, through the creation of National Political Parties like:
Foundation Canada: which after national election victory, and then electorate consent, would enter Canada into a complimentary World Federal relationship with other nations who so elect, to form:
World Foundation: a body to replace the United Nations, whose national representatives would be elected by and responsible to the electorates of each member nation state. These national electorates would attain certain rights and responsibilities beyond those normally associated with federal systems, to include limited direct control over certain aspects of World Foundation. These would include the oversight of matters related to the life support systems on which the health and safety of the human species as a whole depends, over matters related to the over concentration of media and political power, and over national rights of secession from World Foundation.
